Holtsels-Hnoss

Holtsel is a family run dairy farm in Eyjafjörður, close to Akureyri. Holtsels Hnoss is the brand name for the authentic homemade ice cream produced on the farm. The ice cream is made from high quality ingredient and as much locally sourced as possible and of course using the milk from the happy cows on the farm. The ice cream comes in various flavours and we’re constantly working on new varieties.

On the farm is a small farm shop and café where you can come and enjoy our ice cream directly from the producer and meet the farm animals.
